Yes! You can fill in your friend’s address at the shipping address at the check-out, and write in the comment box that it’s a present for a friend. We will remove any price tags, and – if you like – we will add an extra card with a personal message to your friend. Please send us a separate e-mail with the subject: Order present, and let us know what you would like to have written on the card!

All orders placed after the launch the 12th of August will be shipped within 3 days, Sundays and holidays excluded. Please see the table below to find out how many days it will take for the package to arrive at your doorstep, after your order has been processed.

For orders within the Netherlands the shipping and return costs are free. For orders outside the Netherlands, the shipping costs are calculated at the check-out. Please continue the check-out to see which shipping costs apply to your country.

Within the European Union, you do not have to pay import duties and taxes. However, please note that outside the European Union you may be subject to import duties, customs duties and taxes. These charges are not administered by us. We recommend that you check your country's regulations, as payment of import duties may be required to release your order if charges do arise.

EU: Orders are not subject to import duties and taxes.
UK: Orders under £135 are not subject to import duties and taxes.

Yes! We happily accept returns within 14-days after the delivery date.

We only ask that the following requirements are met:

1. Items must be in original condition, unworn with returns tag and/or hygiene sticker remaining in place. They may not be altered or have stains from make-up, deodorant, sweat or any other substance on them. We kindly inform you that briefs can’t be returned after the hygiene sticker has been removed. Returned items include their tags and hygiene sticker and must be unwashed, unworn and unaltered in any way.
2. On sales items of 50% or more, we don’t accept returns.

We reserve the right to refuse refunds on any items that do not meet the above requirements.

In the rare case that one of our items shows an imperfection upon receiving it, we ask to let us know within 48 hours from the delivery time by emailing photos and a description of the imperfection to: info@viadigioia.com

If you want to return all the items of your order, you need to include the giftbox, linnen bag and booklet in the shipping box. If you return only a part of your order, you may keep the giftbox, linnen bag and booklet.

You can return your order within 14-days after the delivery date.

We do not offer exchanges as we cannot guarantee the availability of item(s) upon arrival of your return package. However, you are more than welcome to return the item you don’t wish to keep for a full refund and then place a new order for the item that you want instead.

Returning an order is free within The Netherlands. Outside of the Netherlands a shipping fee will apply.

Your money will be refunded as soon as possible after receiving your return (with a maximum of 14 days). We will always refund the money to the same account with which you paid. After processing your returns, you will automatically get a confirmation e-mail about your refund.
