The tops come in European bra sizes. The waistband of all our tops are adjustable, so you can adjust it as tight or as loose as you like. To convert sizes to UK/IT/US sizes or Small/Medium/Large sizes, you can use the sizing guide table displayed at every product page. Are you in doubt between 2 sizes? Bottoms
Our bottoms come in European confection sizes, and have a regular fit. Have you ever shopped a bikini at H&M? Our bottoms have the same sizing fit, so if you like a size 40 at H&M, the size 40 of Via di Gioia will fit you perfectly. To convert sizes to UK sizes or Small/Medium/Large sizes, you can use the sizing guide table displayed at every product page. And are you in doubt between 2 sizes? Sometimes we restock certain styles or sizes due to high demand. Please send us an e-mail at info@viadigioia.com, and we will let you know if the item will be restocked.

Taking care of your bikini properly is highly important to ensure your bikini lasts long. If the swimwear is not taken care of properly, fading of colour or losing its shape may occur. Therefore we highly recommend to follow the care instructions below.

1. Hand wash in cold or lukewarm water with a gentle swim-wear suitable detergent after each use. ‘Normal detergent’ suitable for washing machines is too strong for swimwear fabric and affects the quality and durability of the piece.
2. Dry in the shade.
3. Do not twist or “wring out” to dry. Instead, lay the item down between two towels and press to absorb the water.
4. Make sure your bikini is completely dry before putting away.

Putting your bikini in the washing machine and/or dryer may feel like the easiest option, but over time it will decrease the quality and durability of your swimsuit. 

All items are made of high-quality fibers, and undergo a thorough quality control in the factory. All pieces are made entirely from recycled fabrics made from regenerated polyester yarn, made from ocean waste.

- Chlorine resistant. The fabric isn’t prone to colorization due to chlorine in the pool.
- UV resistant. The fabric isn’t prone to fade in the sun.
- Salt resistant. The fabric keeps its quality in salt water.
- Pilling resistant. The surface of the fabrics isn’t prone to pilling and will stay smooth over time.
- Shape retention. This fabrics will not get baggy over time, but will stay in shape!
- Excellent coverage. This bikini will not see through when it gets wet and has an opaque coverage.

(Please note that the points above only apply when the items are taken care of properly. Don’t forget to read the Care instruction, to keep the quality of the bikini at its best!)

For garment manufacturing, we’ve partnered up with Alma Fashion in Italy, and Forum Groupe in Tunisia. Alma fashion and Forum Groupe are both GRS and SA8000 certified, which means that their factory is a safe workplace, their employees have livable wages, and they take care of their waste and chemicals in an environment-friendly manner. For our fabrics, we’ve partnered up with Estilmar, a Spanish company based in Barcelona, who produces their fabrics with recycled yarn made out of plastic waste from the Mediterranean sea. Estilmar is OEKOTEX and GRS certified, uses solar power in their production, and takes care of their employees in a responsible way. Read more about our materials here.

Yes! We offer beautiful gift packaging to give you - or the lucky person - the best unpacking experience! And we’ll make sure all tags and labels that include the price, are removed beforehand. Of course, it’s possible to return the items that are gifted.

If the package is not yet shipped to your address, you can cancel your order and we will refund your payment. If your package is already on its way to you, you can return the item once you’ve received it, and we will handle it as a normal return. If the package is not yet shipped to your address, we can change your order for you. At this moment it’s not possible to change the order yourself on the website. Depending on whether the new order has a higher or lower amount as compared to the initial order, we will invoice you the extra costs or refund you the amount you’ve paid too much.

If your package is already on its way to you, it’s unfortunately not possible anymore to change the order. You can order the items you like, and return the wrong items once you’ve received them.

Yes! You can fill in your friend’s address at the shipping address at the check-out, and write in the comment box that it’s a present for a friend. We will remove any price tags, and – if you like – we will add an extra card with a personal message to your friend. Please send us a separate e-mail with the subject: Order present, and let us know what you would like to have written on the card!

Within the European Union, you do not have to pay import duties and taxes. However, please note that outside the European Union you may be subject to import duties, customs duties and taxes. These charges are not administered by us. We recommend that you check your country's regulations, as payment of import duties may be required to release your order if charges do arise.

We happily accept returns within 14-days after the delivery date.

We only ask that the following requirements are met:

1. Items must be in original condition, unworn with returns tag and/or hygiene sticker remaining in place. They may not be altered or have stains from make-up, deodorant, sweat or any other substance on them. We kindly inform you that briefs can’t be returned after the hygiene sticker has been removed. Returned items include their tags and hygiene sticker and must be unwashed, unworn and unaltered in any way.
2. On sales items of 50% or more, we don’t accept returns.

We reserve the right to refuse refunds on any items that do not meet the above requirements.

In the rare case that one of our items shows an imperfection upon receiving it, we ask to let us know within 48 hours from the delivery time by emailing photos and a description of the imperfection to: info@viadigioia.com.

Your money will be refunded as soon as possible, after receiving your return (within max. 14 days). We will always refund the money to the same account with which you paid. After processing your returns, you will automatically receive a confirmation e-mail about your refund.
